We ship all orders from Riga, Latvia and offer worldwide delivery.
All products listed on our store are in stock, so we aim to prepare and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

Shipping Options
We offer standard shipping and express shipping options where available.
Orders are shipped through Latvijas Pasts. Depending on the destination country, final delivery may be handled by the local postal service or delivery partner in your region.
If you select tracked shipping, tracking information will be sent to you after your order has been dispatched.
Address Changes
Shipping address changes are possible only before your order has been dispatched.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are handled by your local customs authorities.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us and we will help check the situation.
